This celebration takes place on the weekend linked to the Feast of St. Gregory, which is held on the Monday closest to the 9th of May. During these days a fair dedicated to gastronomy is organised where, in addition to the participation of food exhibitors, traditional trades are represented and shows, talks and workshops are held in the old part of the town.
Thanks to the success of each edition, the number of visitors and gastronomic exhibitors has increased and, what began as a small village project, has become known nationally, while the fair has been complemented with other parallel activities of great repercussion in the territory, such as the Séniafest concerts and thoroughbred horse races.
